The Ringling welcomes out of town visitors! We do not have a room block rate for this event. Hotels within walking distance are located near Sarasota International Airport. Hotels a short drive away are in Downtown Sarasota and neighboring Bradenton.
Airports
Sarasota International Airport: SRQ is a short 2-minute drive from the museum.
Tampa International Airport: TPA is an hour-long drive from the museum.

Mobility
The Ringling is located on 66-acres of uneven terrain. Courtesy Carts are available, please speak to a Museum Attendant or staff person in a wonder t-shirt to request a ride. Wheelchairs are available in all venues, and accessible restrooms are available near all venues.
CART Captioning and ASL Interpretation
All sessions in the Chao Lecture Hall will include CART live captioning. Sessions in the Historic Asolo Theater will be accompanied by an ASL interpreter. All sessions in the Chao Lecture Hall, Historic Asolo Theater, and Museum of Art are available using t-coil connectivity. For sessions at the Carnival of Wonder, assisted listening devices and ASL interpretation are available upon request.
Seating
Seating will be available for all attendees throughout the 3-day symposium. The Carnival of Wonder and Wonderground events will have benches and other seating options available throughout the venue.
