A seared Filet of Beef, in a luscious shallot demi-glace, paired with a potato-crusted Grouper Filet. Accompanied by braised French baby carrots, fragrant Calabrian olive oil, fennel, and sea salt, alongside rich mascarpone mashed potatoes.
