Volunteers are one of the largest support groups of The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art. Over 650 people from a wide range of backgrounds eagerly donate their talents and thousands of hours of their time to this world-class Museum. Our volunteers’ dedication, knowledge and enthusiasm greatly enhances our visitors’ experience, and without their passion and commitment, the Ringling Museum of Art could not perform its mission effectively. We hope that you will consider joining our organization and helping us share the legacy of John and Mable Ringling.
A number of our volunteer positions carry a weekly commitment of one 3 to 4 hour shift per week, morning or afternoon, although we do offer opportunities with more flexible schedules. Openings for new volunteers and shift times vary with each position. Many Ringling volunteers choose to work in more than one area.
Information regarding volunteer opportunities can be found here.
