Volunteer Opportunities
As “The Face of The Ringling,” volunteers perform a variety of functions. Below are some of the areas where volunteers serve. Volunteer opportunities in each of these areas vary throughout the year and vacancies are filled as they become available. We invite you to contact the Volunteer Services Department for current openings.
Docents
Docents are volunteers who engage visitors of all ages in active explorations of the permanent collections and special exhibitions. Public tours are offered several times a day and private group tours for students, adults, and special needs visitors are scheduled as requested.
