Noelle Segal, the founder of Family Tree Yoga understands the strain of daily life, which is why everyone, especially families, should consider yoga as their primary restoration to health. Several factors in life can slow you down: body aches and pains, lack of sleep or confidence, weight issues, anxiety… or even a simple case of the blues. And these factors are not limited to adults; children can feel the same tensions in their lives. Every member of the family can create their own unique yoga experience at Noelle’s studio, which specializes in family, Mommy & Me, pre-natal, and teen classes.
